Password not accepted when registering or changing password, why?

Most likely your new password does not meet Carfieds password criteria. For security reasons do not use words or phrases in your password that identify you, family members, pets birthdays and other personal information. When creating a new password Carfieds has a minimum password requirement of 10 characters or more and must include at least:

one lowercase alphabetical character a-z,
one uppercase alphabetical character A-Z,
one number 0-9,
and one symbol character (!@#$%^&*)

in the total minimum of 10 characters.

Write your password down and keep it in a secure place. Do not share your password or Carfieds account with other users.
